Processing Election Emotions through Expressive Art
(Special Event)
Come join Cook Counseling for a morning of expressive arts. This gathering will be a time for processing reactions to the election season through our other "languages"-line, shape and color. The products of this experience will be self-expression, understanding, and connection with community rather than something to hang on your wall.
Participants will need one of the following drawing utensils; pencil, colored pencils, crayons, or markers, and a piece of plain paper. No prior art experience is necessary.
This event will be offered online and hosted via Zoom. You will receive an email with information to log into the Zoom meeting before the event.
