Inclusive Pedagogy and Student Identities: How do you make create an inclusive classroom where all students learn? Inclusive Pedagogy and Student Identities is an online course that provides practical tools and insights for delivering the most inclusive response to the varieties of student experiences you may encounter while teaching. The course unfolds as a series of announcements sent from the Canvas course site every Monday throughout the semester. The announcement includes a scenario, a response to the scenario, information on relevant on-campus resources, and additional reading. Participants can also share their thoughts and best practices on connected bulletin boards. Note: This class does not meet face-to-face. All interaction occurs online through the Canvas site each week for the semester.

Course outcomes include


increased competence in fostering inclusive classrooms, and
enhanced awareness of on-campus resources serving students.
